OTHER INGREDIENTS: Magnesium citrate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), live bacterial cultures (milk, soya), zinc citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (as vitamin D3 - cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Contains milk and soya used in the fermentation process. Content of milk is at a level that would not affect lactose intolerance suffers.RECOMMENDED USE: Adults & children 12+: Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with food. Children 3-12: We recommend Bio-Kult Advanced. Pregnancy: Bio-Kult Brighten is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we would always suggest consulting your doctor or healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement. Bio-Kult Bright capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and the contents sprinkled onto food or mixed with a drink.
