Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend is a cold extracted blend of seed oils, including Flax, Sesame and Sunflower, with additional, carefully-selected oils from Evening Primrose, Rice Germ, Coconut and Oat Germ. This perfected source of polyunsaturated Omega 3, 6 and 9 essential fatty acids conforms to the ideal ratio required to support good health.
Essential fatty acids help regulate cholesterol levels and maintain cardiac health, whilst enhancing the condition of skin, hair and nails.
